Long Weekend Ahead!

Ahhh,  May 2 -4.   The first weekend of summer.  Gone are the days where we used to rent a chalet at Blue Mountain, have keg races and play flip cup. 

Now everyone is getting older, getting married, having getting babies. 

We planned on having a BBQ this weekend, talked about it a lot, and then never sent out an email to actually invite people.  By the time we got back around to talking about it over the past week, we felt like it was too last minute.

So, the weekend is kind of up in the air right now.  I am writing this while the hubster is napping, but we might head to The Keg for dinner (yay, gift cards!).  Other than that, not too sure .... I want to see Bridesmaids and hubs has agreed to see it with me at some point, we want to pick out tile for a backsplash in the kitchen (more to come on that later), and I think we've decided to go shopping in the States on Monday.  For what, I don't know, but it's something to do.  Although it means missing out on lunch with friends, which then makes me undecided think about whether we should really go so far for shopping if we're not really looking for anything in particular.

On the bright side, literally, the sun is supposed to shine tomorrow!  FINALLY!  Just disregard the arrow that means increasingly cloudiness.
